The Managing Director of MLP Training is Martyn Padley, who has over thirty years experience of working at management level mostly in the food industry. His experience includes positions in manufacturing, human resources and training and development.

 Throughout his employment, Martyn managed a wide range of manufacturing operations and was responsible for the Training and Development for Senior Management teams in key areas such as performance management, employee development and employee skills and knowledge.

 Listed on the British Psychological Society Register of Competence in Occupational Testing Martyn is a holder of the levels A & B Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing

Martyn is very experienced in the administration and feedback of a wide range of psychometric and ability tests. These tests can be used for recruitment, coaching and team building.

 Being a trained user in a wide range of other management training tools, Martyn can give advice on the effective running of events such as recruitment assessment centres and team building.
